Tonya also identified my problem areas and gave me some advice on posture and stretches I can do to keep myself in better alignment. Most of all, Tonya's touch and style were very warm and easy and comforting. I am a woman with some pretty serious body image issues. As we neared the end of the massage, Tonya asked if I would like for her to work on my stomach. Much to my own amazement, I was totally ok with that.
