The guys who work here are great. We go to them for everything. They never try to sell us on things we don't need (and one time even told us that they didn't think a repair was worth what it would cost us). They've even done little things for free for me (like install windshield wiper blades). Plus, there are often great coupons online that they always honor.

I am a regular customer of Tires Plus in Decatur, GA. I visited the location to have my brakes checked because I was hearing loud noises from my brakes. The mechanic said my brakes would need changing in a couple of months, but they would change the brake pads and bleed the brakes to stop the noise. I paid almost $400 for brake service, and I still hear brake noises when I stop anywhere. I think the service was terrible. I am out of $400 and my brakes are not fixed. Although I am a faithful customer, I will not be returning for any service. I am seeking a new mechanic at this point. I would not recommend this Tire Plus to anyone.

First they tried to sell me something I didn't need. I went in to ask how much to change the front radius arm bushings. Instead of a quote, they said I needed new shocks which would have cost me $350-400. I finally convinced them that it was the bushings not the shocks that were the problem. The quote on the bushings and labor was over $400. And they said it would take a day to get the parts. I went to Performance Exhaust on Lawrenceville Hwy where they got the job done in 3 hours for $285, with year warranty on the work. PROS: Friendly CONS: Expensive, Not knowledgeable.

I had to get my tires replaced they the tread was waring out. So I decided to go here and that was the best thing that I could do. They fixed other things that were wrong with my car for no charge at all and replaced the tires for a little charge. The people were so nice that even I couldn't believe it.
