DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE!!! The staff seemed so nice and helpful when I came in to lease, and then it all changed once I moved in. I moved in on March 31 and didn?t have hot water until 29 April! Just found out that the guy who leased the apartment before me broke his lease and moved out early for the same reason after reporting it to the Health Department and city agencies. So, they knowingly rented an apartment to me and my 2 year old little girl that wasn?t livable. Once I finally complained enough to get something fixed, they had an electrician come out to redo the electrical box to support a hot water heater for the unit. There are holes and cracks around the electrical box, now, and the countertop is uneven after installation of the hot water heater. I?m counting down the months until my lease is up and I just now finished my first month. My neighbors told me they hate to see people moving in because they know how many issues they are going to have. These places seem nice and more

This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The drug trafficking and filth is out of control. When trying to get help from management they just laugh it off and act like it isn't that big of a deal. My husband and I earn an honest living as well as go to school. It is impossible to study and try to exist in this complex. After many times of trying to reach a resolution with management we finally had to retain an attorney to get out of our lease and move to a rental home in which the rent is considerably less expensive and in which the landlord checks the background of their tenants, as well as making sure that neighbors that move in the area do not have a criminal past. The big mistake that we made was not researching this place thoroughly enough before moving in. The management put on their fake smiley face and promise you the moon. When in fact they are the ones purchasing the drugs from their tenants and promoting the illegal activities. Please take my warn more

i visited this apartment complex and i never saw so a mess in all my life. things were broken trash was overflowing laundry room was a mess.on top of that managment was very rude to me. i wouldnt advice anyone going there. more

I went to look at these apartments, and decided against living here. It seems like theres a lot of really young people, so I was concerned about the noise. Also, the apartment I looked at had a kind of funny odor to it. They're not terrible, I just wasn't impressed for the money. more
