I was in Ohio this past weekend to run my second marathon. While waiting for me at the finish line, a local spectator recommended Graeter's to my father as a great nearby place for my post-race treat. After the race, we headed over to see what the buzz was about. Graeter's has an old-fashioned ice cream parlor look and feel. I orded cookies and cream ice cream and cookie dough ice cream in a sundae. Delicious! The ice cream base was a smooth, creamy vanilla, mixed with huge chunks of cookies or cookie dough. The price was reasonable for such good ice cream - four dollars and some change for the sundae.
