More than 20 years ago, I chose a photography studio in Xenia that was "trendy". My Father at the time said, "you should go to Easterling". I thought I knew better. I had the photo for my senior yearbook taken at Easterling and LOVED it much more than the ones my parents had already paid much more $$$ for. While researching places for my son's senior photos, I called around, shopped around and emailed. Prices are outrageous. I am a small business owner, so I understand overhead and start up costs etc. I still must watch my money and choose what I feel is the best value. We went to Easterling and I was more than impressed with their backgrounds, back drops, their ideas, their professionalism, their pricing and prices. Yes, there are others who do beautiful photos, yes there are others who are creative and such. But in my opinion, Easterling is keeping up to date, they are creating beautiful photos and I know we will be back for years to come as we have family photos to be taken and 2 others children who will be seniors soon enough. Every year I always worry about how my son's school pictures are going to turn out AND cost. This year he is at a new school and they used Easterling Studios to do the pictures. The prices were fantastic. A lot of pictures for a little price, and they had a bunch of packages to choose from. The first time the pictures were taken my son did not smile. They offered retakes for just $5 if the retake was needed because of something that was not their fault as long as you returned the original pictures. I chose to do this and the second time they were taken they turned out GREAT!!!! They were redone on October 31 and I got them back November 11. Very fast!!! I would recomend Easterling Studios to anyone and would definately use them for pictures other then just school pictures.

I had my high school senior photos taken at Easterling Studios, and I was highly impressed. It was not the cheapest place, but the service and quality were worth it. One of their photographers spent hours with me to make sure the photos would turn out well—and they did! They even took me to Hauer Music to have my photo taken with a piano. They also have an outdoor garden that was perfect since my photos were taken during the summer. I don’t think they photograph weddings, but they are great for studio portraits for all other occasions.
