great time 10/10/2005

what a fun place to see a game, they have the normal game foods. beer is overpriced tho. the stadium is all non smoking which is a minus for me.I would like to see designated smoking areas. great place to take the family to see a game. more

Fun for the entire family! 8/20/2005

Minor league baseball at its best! Although tickets can sometimes be hard to come by, there are two seating options- chairs or the lawn. The food is expensive as one might suspect. The baseball is fun, fun, fun. This is a great opportunity to introduce kids to baseball as there are several silly competitions and fun music in between the plays to keep them focused. more

Arguably the best minor leage venue in the MidWest 8/19/2005

The legendary Fifth Third Field in Toledo, Ohio (named after the locally based Fifth Third Bank), well deserves its reputation. The baseball stadium offers great views of the game, low stands, so that all the fans can feel included in the game, and even decent view to the non-admission paying fans from the adjoining restaurants. There is even a stretch of the fence in right field where you can see the game from outside the stadium, advertised by the nice little life-size statue of peeking viewers. The concession stands are adequate and parking can be annoying. more

Lots of fun 8/18/2005

The Dayton Dragon's games are great to go to. Granted they may not win all of them, but they are always fun. They have all kinds of entertainment during the breaks and the whole family will enjoy it. The Dragon even blows smoke when they hit a home run. We have been several times and all of us have enjoyed it. The only thing that would make it better would be more cover for the spring showers. more

Dayton Dragons 8/18/2005

Everything about the Dragons games is great. There's not a bad seat in the whole stadium, the prices are much cheaper than a major league game for tickets, parking, and concessions, and the games are so much fun! I have had season tickets for 5 years, and I've had a great time at every game. It's great that a city the size of Dayton has access to so many cool things to do downtown! more

It's like being a Cubs fan... 8/4/2005

I am a Cubs fan, and the Dragons may not be good, but the games are fun to attend and are much more affordable than major league games. Concessions cost about what you'd expect anywhere else, but they're largely staffed by volunteer organizations who work as fundraisers for local charities / schools / etc. All in all a great time at an unbeatable price. more

Its baseball in Dayton, just not good baeball. 7/8/2005

The Dayton Dragons are Dayton Ohio’s Minor League baseball team. The team itself is not very good, but the ballpark is wonderful. Tickets are very inexpensive especially compared to reds tickets. The games themselves are fun to watch, and the set up of the ballpark allows for plenty of "seat wondering". They have a couple of grass seating areas for almost nothing. Even the grass seats are good. more
