As a business traveller, I am always on the look out for a great place to eat. I found myself in Danbury, CT searching for somewhere to eat other than a chain restaurant. Finding Cafe on the Green was a true delight. Located on a golf course that feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, Cafe on the Green offers a warm atmosphere and a delectable menu. The wine menu is entensive. For my entree, I chose a delicious sausage and ziti dish in a light tomato sauce with a dollop of fresh ricotta cheese. My colleague had a duck dish that she absolutely adored. Keep in mind that each entree is accompanied by a delightful fresh green salad in a light vinegarette. I was slightly disappointed by my dessert-tiramisu. The tiramisu itself was ok, but the dish was garnished with a sour apple syrup. It just did not go. Perhaps I should have had the Banana's Foster. I will definitely return to Cafe on the Green whenever I am in the Danbury, CT area.
Pros: Delightful food, great atmosphere, prompt service.
Cons: You will need good directions to find the restaurant.

The best price I found to have a hitch installed on my car to pull a jetboat was at Cap City. I made the appointment and showed up. The down part was I had to wait around for about 2 hours waiting for the work to be finished. Apparently, this is standard timing. We have had no problems with the hitch, although the ball was the wrong size and I had to have that replaced. Price was lower than Subaru and U-Haul.

A wonderful little store full of hand-made crafts to give as gifts or keep for yourself. They have adorable things for moms, dads, and anyone in the family - as well as special friends, teachers, etc. There are sections that are from different craftsmen, so there are all different types of products, everything from magnets to pills and throws, to pictures and candles. Also, some great ideas if you like to craft yourself.

Great little natural foods store. Not as extensive as New Morning in Woodbury. However, the staff is much nicer. There's actually a lot of merchandise packed in Chamomille's small space. And they always have coffee! :)
