i contacted this pr*ck and he was a no show twice. learned my lesson trying to deal with contractors that are way too far to commute. lesson to all - live in NYC? work with NYC contractors... found a good referral on angieslist for anyone else looking.
Pros: thought service would be cheaper
Cons: does not show up for work

They are situated very close to the Danbury hospital which is very convenient for visitors to the hospital. The best thing about them is that you can specify a price and they will make a beautiful arrangement just for you . They do good business due to the location. They have only on street parking and the price is average.

I booked a cruise with e-cruises.com and later needed to change the cruise. They want me to pay a $100 charge just to CHANGE my cruise. Unbelievable.
I would suggest cruisers look elseware. (this fee was not listed in any of the information sent to me)

I was unfortunate enough to stop by Danbury Ice Cream Shop on a beautiful day last summer. The shop itself is pleasant and it's conveniently located right on Route 37. I ordered some mocha/coffee flavor in a cone. Luckily, I was only a few bites in before I discovered the hair. It was in the first scoop. The ice cream is homemade so the hair must've gotten packed in. I told the clerk and she offered me another cone. I thanked her but declined and she politely refunded me.
On a brighter note, my friend had a coconut milkshake and loved it. No hairs to be found. So while I did not have a pleasant experience, I can't say anything negative about the service. The ice cream did taste good but I still wouldn't go there again.

My husband and I moved into our new house, which desparately needed the hardwood floors refinished. After calling around, we came across Paco's FLooring through a referral.
The estimate was considerably less expensive than many other companies. The work took longer than they estimated (but it always does for home improvements) and they ended up increasing the price at the end (the price was still lower than the competitor's). The price increase was due to additional time that THEY had not allotted when originally coming to look at the floors.
All in all, while I was irritated that I had to pay because of their poor first-look, the outcome was nice (not perfect, but acceptable) and the price couldn't be beat.

I bought my hot tub through Wallin Pools about 5 years ago. They were good initially and helpful. However, we experienced a problem with our motor and when I called it was very hard to get someone to call me back. They were hard to get information from and since that time I did find another repair shop. I feel the issue is that they stop "supporting" the brand of hot tub I purchased, because they did not sell them anymore, even though they said they stood ehind their products.
