I used this company for my house closing and had no issues. They made everything very simple and easy to understand. No question was considered stupid. They walked us through the process and helped us understand what we were signing, not just saying sign here. Very conveniently located in downtown Danbury. They were a pleasure to work with.

We have our home mortgage through wells Fargo. They gave us a great rate and let us extend the low rate for a couple of months with no extra charge when it took us a couple of months to find our home. We have had a good experience with them and highly recommend it.

THIS A SMALLER FIRM AND YOU GET MUCH MORE PERSONALIZED SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND REALLY DO TRY TO HELP ADVISE ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THE COMMISSIONS ARE REASONABLE AND STATEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE MY U.S. MAIL OR E-MAIL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

ONE OF THEIR BROKERS ACTUALLY FORGOT TO EXECUTE A SELL ORDER I CALLED IN AND TRIED TO DENY THAT I CALLED IT IN. HE ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONE BUT CLAIMED HE COULDN'T REMEMBER WHY I CALLED. I ASSURE YOU I DON'T MAKE HABIT OF CALLING MY BROKER TO SEE HOW LIFE IS GOING. I ONLY LOST A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY BUT IT WAS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. MY BROKER ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME ON THE PHONE SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND ENDED UP IN A MUCH HAPPIER PLACE. THEIR COMMISSIONS ARE VERY HIGH AND I NOW PAY HALF THAT AMOUNT WITH MY CURRENT BROKER.
