These guys were great. They met the big store price and had free delivery and takeaway service. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive model, they talked to us about our needs first and then showed up what was available, what was on sale and rebates. They delivered when they said they would and cleaned up everything promptly.

I bought my hot tub through Wallin Pools about 5 years ago. They were good initially and helpful. However, we experienced a problem with our motor and when I called it was very hard to get someone to call me back. They were hard to get information from and since that time I did find another repair shop. I feel the issue is that they stop "supporting" the brand of hot tub I purchased, because they did not sell them anymore, even though they said they stood ehind their products.
