I called Mellillo's to have flowers delivered to Danbury Hospital.I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes.When they finally came back on the phone I was also told they were to busy to deliver.I find this very puzzling seeing how they are located right across the street.I also called another Florist across town and the flowers were delivered in less than 2 hours.I will gladly go elsewhere seeing how they were to busy to deliver flowers.

There customer service stinks and definitley not worth the money I spent!!! Would not recommend!!! Horrible....Call 1-800-Flowers if you want nice looking flowers and quality service!!

I STOPPED USING THIS FLORIST WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED TO HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO A PATIENT AT DANBURY HOSPITAL LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TAKE MY ORDER & THAT I SHOULD TRY BACK SOME OTHER TIME. I CALLED ANOTHER FLORIST LOCATED CLEAR ACROSS TOWN AND THEY DELIVERED FLOWERS THE SAME DAY. ON STREET PARKING. PRICES ARE AVERAGE. NOTHING SPECIAL HERE.
