We're fairly new to the practice, but we're already looking for new docs. The waiting room is not designed for kids (potted plants with wood chips and a fish tank that you need to remind toddlers not to touch). Also, we've had very long wait times, even when we were on time. (I'll admit, we're not always punctual.) Then our doctor did a "procedure" on my son without asking and I found out later that she charged my insurance company and I got stuck with a co-pay that I wasn't expecting. We're not going back.
