The office staff is warm and accommodating. And the nurse who tended to my infant daughter was very nice. However, I was unimpressed with the doctor that we saw who was unfriendly and spent no more than ten minutes with us. We also had a waiting time of over an hour. It is a very busy practice.

We're fairly new to the practice, but we're already looking for new docs. The waiting room is not designed for kids (potted plants with wood chips and a fish tank that you need to remind toddlers not to touch). Also, we've had very long wait times, even when we were on time. (I'll admit, we're not always punctual.) Then our doctor did a "procedure" on my son without asking and I found out later that she charged my insurance company and I got stuck with a co-pay that I wasn't expecting. We're not going back.

THEY HAVE SEPARATE WAITING ROOMS FOR SICK KIDS AND ROUTINE VISITS. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING SOME EVENINGS. THEY ARE OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK FOR EMERGENCIES. THEY ALSO HAVE A NURSE AVAILABLE 24/7 FOR MEDICAL QUESTIONS/ EMERGENCIES.
