I called Serramonte Auto Plaza today (1/9/09) about a used car listed on their website. The car had been sold earlier to a visiting European couple but Paul, the sales rep, mentioned that they intended to tour the country and then sell the car in Florida before flying home. By coincidence, their destination was the city where I live. Despite the fact that neither I nor the European couple are ever likely to purchase a car from Serramonte in the future, Paul was very helpful in reaching the buyer and having him contact me to negotiate a private resale when they arrive in Florida. If Paul was so helpful in go out of his way to assist a one time customer and a non-customer, think how he would treat local buyers. I wish I lived closer!

99 Ranch Market is like an Asian version of Albertsons and Safeway. I go there almost every week to buy new groceries and food. Everything is easy to find, cheap and the place is well kept. However, finding parking is a pain in the butt, since the place is in a mall-like area with tons of restaurants. 99's cashier lines are sometimes a bit long, depending on the time of day you get there. Overall, it's a great place to go to for food. I will definitely recommend friends and family.

The Disney Store is the place to find all that is Disney for Kids four to ten - sometime smaller and sometime bigger - they have the GREATEST Halloween costumes - they have toys - clothes - snow globes - DVDs - Cd's - etc. - you can get your Disneyland tickets here - the store change hands a couple of years ago and they changed some of the merchandise - you can't get some of the Disney merchandise that was available before - but it is still a neat store - the staff is GREAT - friendly and helpful.

Banana Island is located in the Westlake shopping center. It is isn't very far from the freeway and there is parking available in the front. However it does get really busy there so be prepared to drive around a few times to find parking. The place has very good food. Service can get a bit slow though because it can get really crowded there.

This is the best store for any fashionable woman or teen. All of their stuff is up-to-date with the trends but still really original. Most of the clothes are flattering, and there are a lot of styles to choose from. Not only that, but the prices are dirt-cheap and the quality of the clothing is very high. Great for basic wear, fashion wear and club wear. Nice for all occasions! Awesome store- a must-see. You will be hooked- I sure am.
