Just moved last week and thrilled to share my experiences for people who needs to move. Anyone out there needs to move, this is the place. The move was spectacularly good. 3 movers arrived on-time, did the move slick-n-smooth, kept everything nice and tidy. They wrapped the tv, dressers, mattresses, couches, and my stainless steel appliances and moved it without a single scratch on it. Prior the move I got a reminder call just like a dental appointment and after the move I got a call again for follow-up. Zhang's moving is the most reliable and professional movers I've ever had and a great deal too. The best in the bay area!

Being a victim of the recession was tough, but going to Extra Space Storage made it more bearable. The customer service and prices were top notch. The move into the Storage facilities were simple and I can trust that our stuff is safe.

I actually know most of them by name. It's so easy to call for job pick up and they deliver them on time. Since we have been doing our business there for a long time now, they give us good discounts on color copies and other services. Their location is great too, when I need to go there in person to do some quick print jobs, I can actually swing by some of the retail stores nearby before heading back to work :)

The place is a dump and the owners have a lot of nerve renting out disgusting rooms like that for $65 a night. The rooms smell awful and are disgustingly dirty. DO NOT STAY THERE!!
Pros: none whatsoever
Cons: the crackheads, the stinky rooms, the filthy linens, the broken windows, etc....
