Serra bowl is a fabulous place to bowl. I've been there many times with cousins. We even even joined a bowling class and we got a FREE ball and bag. The workers there are nice and friendly. When we need help, they gladly come on over to us. There are a wide selection of balls and the lanes are pretty new. They even have pool table there if you don't feel like bowling. Overall, the atmosphere is great.

This is a good place to go bowling, although the place can get pretty crowded with kids during the summer. The place is pretty clean. They just repainted the exterior, so when you get off 280 you can't miss it. It's a bright orange and purple building. The service is good. Overall I give this place 4 stars.

I wouldn't say this bowling alley is the best, but it's passable. The alley has plenty of lanes so most of the time you don't have to wait. The place needs to be brighten up a bit to make it more attractive. The alley could use more bowling balls as several of them are either cracked or the holes where you put your fingers are too big. Staff is pretty friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Serra Bowl is one of the best bowling alleys here in the Bay Area. Its located right off the freeway and right across the street from the bart station. It doesnt get any better than that. Actually it does!! They have parking spaces all around the place so you dont have to park on the street or wait for someone to leave. They have so many lanes here at Serra Bowl you'll never have to wait for a lane to open up. The prices per lane isnt too bad either. They also have a couple of pool tables and video games to keep the kids options open. Its a good place to visit and have some fun!

Lots of lanes lanes, don't know the exact numbers but more than 30, state of the art scoring system, bumper bowling for kids, full wheelchair accessibility, snack bar, cocktail lounge, & Full Service Pro Shop. Great place to celebrate, birthday parties, corporate, fundraising, reunions and other special events. Planet Bowling (w/ light show & music) is planned for special events. Check out their schedule for Karaoke nights if you’re into that. Video games, dance revolution and 2 billiard table. They host bowling leagues for adults, juniors and seniors. They offer instruction programs too. Just want to add, I love their calamaris.

This place is full of fun music and games. It looks new and has pool tables in addition to the bowling lanes. They have a small place where they serve food pizza/fries drinks and other snacks.
The only downside it is far away from the peninsula. it however is bang opposite the ocean and that could be condidered a positive.

I have been to more very many bowling alleys throughout the years, and Serra Bowl is my favorite place to bowl. There are enough lanes so that even at the most crowded times, you will not have to wait long for lanes. Good place for friends to go bowling together and have fun. Most of the people who play here are those in their late teenage years (young adults) to those in their late twenties and early thirties. There are also a lot of families who bowl here, but I do not recommend bowling here past midnight as it may get a bit dangerous. Decent regular prices, but they have really nice deals that take place several times a week, like a "happy hour" price. Good music that's blasted all the time, but not so loud that you cannot hold a conversation with your friends and family members. They also have some arcades and pool tables so that you can show off your alternative skills if bowling isn't what you're the best at.

I have been to Serra Bowl a few times with some friends. It is located close to the freeway near the BART station and has a large parking lot. It is open 24 hours. The building looks outdated on the outside but inside is really nice. Their fee to bowl is really cheap. We had a great time bowling there and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is usually empty but this summer, they took part in the "Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Bowling" program. Now it is always filled with students from schools have a free game and shoe rental per day throughout the summer. It is very crowded and there is often a wait. The environment is very dark but is a fine place to have fun.

Serra Bowl is the place to be on nights and weekends! Many young people come to the venue to have a good time with friends. They have a lot of parking and it is conveniently located next to an Albertson's and the 280 freeway entrance. The prices are pretty cheap and sometimes, they have good promotions for happy hour or whatnot. Some nights, they also offer Karaoke for their customers and everyone can sing their favorite songs without paying an extra fee. It is such a great place to hang out with! So come on by Serra Bowl when you're around the area!
