i was mistreated or let;s put it this way, badly treated by one of the workers in this bowling center named charles as was identified by the son of the owner matt. i was just asking why the lanes we were playing at were turned off and he said that we hit the sweep twice. i was telling him that we did not hit it twice and the first one was accident and he started with his profanity and when i said watch your language he screamed at me and said get the f_ck out of here. so for the owner of this bowling center, this would be a hint what kind of worker you got there, i am even scared to tell my kids and friends to go to that alley. i am going to make a formal complaint about this with the bbb. and of course i want to consult my lawyer regarding the embarassment that was brought by this incident.

I belong to a bowling league here on Fridays and we have so much fun. The staff here is wonderful and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your bowling experience.

This bowling center is excellent in terms of facilities and customer service. I've bowled here since their grand opening in the late 80's and the quality of service has never faltered. To offset most of the high prices for a line of bowling nowadays, they have specials throughout the day, which is great for non-league bowlers. Among the regular bowlers here, there are no cliques that treat newcomers or visitors in a negative way as other bowling centers' regulars do. No matter what your skill level or geographic area is, they always treat you like family. The pro shop is manned by a great staff and manager who is totally knowledgable about the sport and it's equipment. I highly recommend this bowling center to everyone who wants to have fun and also to the seasoned bowler. If they can host many professional bowlers tournaments in a manner that received high praise, they must be doing something right! PROS: Friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service CONS: Peak hour prices

A friend recommended this place to me since I love to bowl. The bowling is okay in my opinion. I had trouble locating the place. I picked a wrong day to go bowling. Lanes were crowded because of league play but was able to get a lane. I thought the lanes were much more slippery than other bowling places. It was okay but I prefer my usually bowling alley.

classic bowl is a mediocre place to bowl. They have many lanes and balls to choose from. The service is ok. Their bathrooms are not very clean. The lanes are not the best, but you can still bowl well on them. The food isn't that great. However, there is a huge parking lot next to it so finding a spot to park isn't a hassle.
