I have been taking my trusty Saturn here for a few years. I rarely feel like they're giving me the runaround. And I frequently spend less than you'd think you would. Their service managers are friendly, but faces change from time to time. Close to mass transit for convenience, which is handy if you ride BART.

We were stranded in San Francisco with a broken car and were quoted $1000 in 3 days at another shop before finding this one. We took it in and they started work right away. By the time we got back from breakfast it was done and for 1/4 the price. They were quick and super friendly. If you're in need of quality auto repair and are in any surrounding area, this is the pace to go.

They provided me with great service. I thought that buying a car would be a nightmare but I thought wrong. They didn't lie to me and treated me with respect. I got a great price for the vehicle and was very satisfied. I enjoyed my experience there and will go back there in the future. They also have a great repair shop that does good and quick work.

My sister is a tough egg to crack, she usually does not laugh at very many comedian's jokes. So, when she said this class was actually funny, I nearly fell off my own seat. She said the instructors were a couple of gems, they tried to get everyone to smile about why they were there. Everyone hates getting a ticket and they usually end up kicking themselves for getting themselves in that situation or cursing the pesky policeman that had the gall to pin one on them in the first place. The instructor found ways to twist the events into something everyone could laugh at. The price of the class and test was about $40.

Lexus is our first luxury car. We like the performance of the car and the customer service we continue to receive when we bring the car back in for servicing. Lexus has become a household name and we hear there are more good things to come. Sometimes there is a wait on high demand cars, but every effort is made to let you know what is available. In the showroom, there is a play area for kids and one for adults (TV, soda machine).

www.hilltopautoservice.com is one of the best Honda repair shops in the bay area. Very honest owner (Don Lam), very reasonable prices, and good work (if you don’t need the service or repair, Don will tell you).
From what i know, Don was a former Honda trained & certified mechanic that worked for Bay Area Honda/Acura dealerships for years until he left to start his own shop a few years ago.

I have only tried the Westlake Touchless Car Wash once and I thought they provided good service. The staff were friendly and they took very good care of my car. They were also did a relatively fast job cleaning my car. I did find that they tend to try to push you to upgrade to a more expensive service but they back off after you tell them you just want their standard service.
