UP is just a great all around town. It is very similar to Highland Park, but it is not as expensive and it has a more family feel to it. Highland Park sometimes comes off as older people who are a bit snobby, but University Park is just nice people who have nice kids. I had a great experience in University Park and hope to move back someday. I think that the court system there as well as all of the official dealings are pretty hassle-free. I got a ticket and the nice judge helped me decide what to do and how to get it erased from my record. It is a very, very safe neighborhood.

We went to Adventure Landing with a group of boys from our sons Cub Scout pack. I was not expecting much for the adults, but I secretly loved this place and had as much fun as the kids! There is miniature golf, laser tag, go-kart rides, and also a wonderful arcade. We will definately be going back and might even celebrate a birthday party or two here. A great time was had by all! Good value too.

My fiancé and I were trying to find a place to eat; when we stumbled upon one of Dallas’ best kept secrets. My finance started with the spinach and goat cheese strudel and I had the blackened shrimp, both were pleasing and flavorful but not so filling as to ruin what was yet to come. For the main course my fiancé had their signature dish the Sea Bass; it was perfectly prepared and the lime ginger sauce was delicious. I chose the Australian Lamb on cous cous. Interesting to say the least, this dish is something I would have never tried but I will order time and time again. To finish we split the Valhrona Torte that was moist and delicious. Before leaving we ventured onto the covered patio for an after dinner drink. It was a great ending to an extraordinary dining experience.

The food and drinks are inexpensive, and well prepared. The bar is in a great location. The bar is crowded and sometimes noisy, but the music is good. the people are so kind to everybody.

Love this place. Great little space--very intimate and elegant, but not too upscale and uncomfortable. Great options, great cooking. I've had several amazing foie gras appetizers. There is an incredible crab and avocado dish as well and a great butter lettuce salad. The sea bass (which i believe I have had each time I have gone) is amazing. I've also had some fantastic bread pudding there.
Always a great experience! highly recommend it for a night of fine dining.

They are wholesale only and have the best pricing and service. I have 5 retail stores in the area malls and do 90% of my buying with Expressions.
