I must admit that I dreaded the idea of finding a repairman for our washing machine. In the past the folks who had been sent out via our warranty contract were nightmares. So I took a chance and found Milton. He was beyond excellent. He worked around my schedule, explained the situation and the costs. Then he got the parts and fixed it ASAP. I asked him about a antique microwave that was broken. He said that he would check on the parts. The very next day he called reporting that the parts weren't made anymore and he just wanted to keep me updated. This local Dallas appliance repair business provides honest and reliable service like only a small business can. Their prices are by far the lowest--nothing near the prices of big department stores' repair services that I have used in the past. Plus, they have everything they needed in their truck to fix my leaking GE dishwasher. Finding a reliable appliance repair business is not always easy but thankfully I was lucky to find them and they did everything they told me they would do over the phone when I set up my dishwasher repair appointment. When you are in a jam, you have no Idea how important it is to find a good appliance repair company in Dallas on the weekends. I was filling my glass with chilled water from refrigerator door and it simply wouldn't stop running. I was worried I was going to flood the house. I called Dallas Appliance Repair on a Sunday at 9.30 a.m. and had my refrigerator fixed within 45 minutes. What a relief -- there was no major damage since they worked so fast. Thank you! Sam T. When I called they answered the phone right away and I didn't have to deal with leaving messages and waiting for a call back like with other appliance repair businesses that I contacted from the Dallas yellow book before calling Dallas Appliance Repair. And their estimate for my dryer repair was reasonable. They also came on time and did a great job. Once I had the appointment, I decided to also used them to fix my dishwasher because the dishes weren't cleaning all the way. They're definitely worth every cent because they came right away, diagnosed the problems and fix both my Kenmore dryer and Bosh dishwasher right away.
