We had a bad experience with this travel agency. Reha (Staff) is unpleasent to work with and she made our days miserable . They charged about 1200 USD for cancelling tickets to hyderabad.

We had a bad experience with this travel agency. Reha (Staff) is unpleasent to work with and she made our days miserable . They charged about 1200 USD for cancelling tickets to hyderabad.

They are not only bad but they would stalk you. Never try doing business, neither even try to get a quote!! They are rude, ill-mannered, use pressure sales tactics and just nasty. I am surprized how they are still in business. Talking to them is like spoiling your day. Worst experience with a travel agent in over 8 years!! Please stay away.

Thier customer service isjust ok. you can get quote from them but you rather buy from other agents. They are not so good for international travel , for national travel i do not know. I do not find them very good.try some place else

Lawson Travel boasts itself to be a premier travel agency in finding low fares for international fights. However, that is not the case. My personal dealings left me upset. They offer you one price but then end up changing the prices later on. Reliability pales in comparison to Travel King and other travel agents. If you can, find someone else.
