I was on vacation in Dallas and stopped by this mall on my first day. We have some outstanding malls here in CA but this mall was impressive. Every single high end store that you could think of was here. From Guess to Swatch to Clarks to MAC to Tiffanys, this mall had it all. It was amazing! Items that are usually sold in regular department stores all had their own store. Granted, the store may not be very large, but it was still available to shop in. The mall was huge and very cool compared to the outside temperatures. We ate at Nordstroms and had a very elegant meal. I would go back anytime I was in Dallas.

Let's start with this: If you are going to NorthPark Center make sure you give yourself plenty of time!! This mall is just plain BIG. With over 100 stores and plans to be over 220 after their 2006 expansion is completed you can find most everything from basics to the extreme. With many upper end stores such as Tiffany & Co, Neiman Marcus, Hillfiger, Armani, and Coach you are sure to find that special something or just browse around. Check out their web site to see all of the stores (there just isn't room here to list them all!) At this time there is not a "food court" but there are some nice places to eat such as La Madeleine's and P.F. Chang's. There are plans to open quite a few more food choices very soon as well. Parking isn't bad with multiple parking garages and valet parking available as well. Over all just a great place to shop that is clean, well laid out, and with plenty of room to move around.

Northpark is defintiely my favorite mall near downtown--especially with their recent expansion. They have great stores .. a wide range of high end and more affordable options. Its always clean and in good condition. Parking isn't bad--especially with the new parking garage off of Central Expressway. You can usually get in and out relatively quickly. Its definitely my favorite close place to shop.
