Called this locksmith at 9am to come and open a safe....he said that he would have someone over as soon as they were through with the current job. At 1:00 I called back only to be told they couldn't do it and they made a mistake and hung up in my ear. Really??? and you think you will be in business very long with that customer service, I doubt it. more

So rude...shocked after the reviews. 5/26/2017

I simply called to see if they could help with getting a new auto key. They answered, "what?" In a rude tone. Then gave me an extremely high price. I was shocked after reading reviews that they seemed to have no clue about customer service! Very disappointed! more
