Thank you very much for the quick response time. Our AC went out during the night and it was miserable getting ready for work. I called Chapman about 8:30 am, spoke with Kristina and she said she would do her best to get us service, even though it would be later in the day. I called 2 other outfits before Chapman and was basically told to get in line. Raul arrived about 5:30. A wire outside had come off, he did a minor repair and I paid $87.00 for the service call which was money well spent. I didn't really expect service the same day and assumed I would be charged a hefty fee. I really appreciate Kristina and Raul coming to our rescue. Martin & Janelle

Vicki was great to work with. She answered every question I had with a honest and direct answer. She was also great in handling my home warranty company. Dealing with my home warranty company is not fun but she really helped with and kept me calm when they were being difficult. The HVAC is working great and the installation is 100 times better than the previous unit. I also wanted to note that the service techs are very professional.

I would like to say thank you for the great service replacing my furnace. This was my first major home repair since buying my house last year and everything went very smoothly. I contacted my home warranty company on Wednesday night and met with a service tech from Chapman the following day. My furnace ended up having to be replaced and that took a few days, but I was kept abreast throughout the process and was very pleased with the work.

I stumbled upon Chapman Air by searching the internet on the BIG snow day. My heater went out. I called another company first, they did come out and told me I needed to replace my furnace due to a serious problem and they could install later in the day. I was shocked as I had not had any real problems with my furnace so I didn't feel too comfortable with them and found Chapman. The way the phone was answered, by a real sweet lady, gave me my first clue. No automated machine and they had crews working. They treated me like a VIP and the tech was at my house when they said he would be there. It was a minor problem with my heater. In fact, I had messed up my thermostat. I did not tell Chapman another company had been out previously because I wanted to see if they would confirm what the other company said. Glenn from Chapman checked my heater thoroughly after re-setting my thermostat. No problems, in fact, he said my unit was in good shape.

We had purchased our new home when the heater went out. The Warrantee Company sent out an H/A company that did not seem interested in helping us with this issue. Chapman's was the second company to come out but they came with first rate service. The service and communication between Chapman's and us were great. I wanted to thank each of you for your excellent customer service, customer care, your professionalism and your knowledge in resolving my air conditioning problems. Raul was very thorough when he came to my house and diagnosed my A/C problems. He was very professional and explained why I was having the problems I was having with my A/C unit. Vicki, Liz, and Christina, thanks for putting up with me calling and helping me get the fire behind Old Republic and staying on top of this situation to get it resolved. Julio and a gentleman (sorry I do not know his name) came out this afternoon and installed the new unit outside and made sure before they left that it was cooling and made sure there were no issue's after the new unit was installed. Julio explained that he would notify the City of Lewisville inspector and what he would come out and check and what would take place. Great team, excellent customer service/care and professionalism, that's Chapman Air & Heat. Job well done!!!
I will definitely call on Chapman Air & Heat for future air and heating needs.
