I was going to Houston to get my hair colored. As fuel prices increased I knew I needed a stylist here in Dallas.I am very selective who does my hair, as we all know it takes one bad stylist and you are ruined for 6 months. I went to Matthew on recommendation from the stylist in Houston. As soon as I walked in I knew this was the place for me. It was so warm and friendly. I met Matthew and told him how I wanted my hair color to be. He listened intently and appreciated me telling him as he commented so many people tell him do what he thinks. The color was perfect! It was better than the guy I was going to in Houston. I would recommend Matthew to everyone and I would be amazed if they did not have a great experience like I did.

A friend of mine has gone to Matt for ages and has nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I went to him awhile back for a cut and for my very difficult coloring job (I color my blonde hair dark auburn and it does not color easily--only very good colorists can get it right and, even then, usually it takes a few tries the first time!) He did a fantastic job all around. The only reason I did not continue going to him is because you have to schedule your appointments so far in advance and my schedule usually doesn't permit more than a few weeks.

I've never had much style to my hair and figured there wasn't much that could be done with it. Ian gave it such a great cut and then explained in detail to me how I could create the same hairstyle at home. It's been a couple of months and I'm still getting compliments from family, friends and co-workers. My experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. near downtown, beverages/snacks, knowledgeable staff
