Best gym in the Metroplex! 1/12/2011

This is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The members are extremely outgoing and appreciative of the facility. The locker rooms more lavish than even the top country club facilities around. It is overall a very organized, clean, and healthy environment for people to be involved in. I wouldn't recommend any other club to join other than Telos. more

Pilates Pilates Pilates 11/29/2010

Did I mention the Pilates? The studio is beautiful and the instructors are the best I've had. Their approach is so close to the original way Pilates was intended to be. I love it! more

I love yoga and I am always looking for new classes to take and try. I went to Telos and the yoga classes were amazing!! The instructor was knowledgeable and so helpful with helping me get better!! If you love yoga then go to Telos and take the classes!! more

I love yoga and do it all the time but this was by far the best yoga class I have done. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helped me correct my positions when needed. She also gave me some tips to try. If you love yoga then come to Telos and take the classes!! You will be hooked!! more

Best Fitness Facility in Dallas! 9/16/2010

I just recently joined at Telos and have to say it is the most incredible gym experience I have ever had. Telos is beautiful, clean, and fun. Their amenties are far beyond anything you would expect from a gym, their group exercise classes are absolutely amazing, I can not imagine a friendlier customer service staff, and their trainers are THE best in the business. I love going to the gym now. You will not find a nicer, more quality gym in Dallas, guaranteed. more

Regarding all of the self serving ads, manufactured awards and certificates. Stay away from this facility, they are a total rip off. The qualified staff that used to work there have either moved to different gyms or have started their own facilities. Although on first notice the equipment and facility seems nice, but after time you experience rude staff members, workout equipment that goes un-repaired for weeks, locker rooms and shower stalls are not cleaned well, water, towels are not kept supplied. This place is a total rip off. I pay double the membership price at home and blows this Walmart Workout Facility out of the water. Stay away. more

Nothing short of the best 4/19/2010

The best Gym I've ever seen. The personal trainers are very knowlegable, beyond expectations. The facilities are amazing. The staff is about you and the quality of your workout. Brent Darden has created something unique and you really should come by and just see for yourself. more

Amazing Amenities 1/15/2010

From the second you enter the front door, you can tell this place is different. Luxurious is the word that comes to mind. The women's locker room has claw-foot tubs! The staff takes customer service to the next level and it seems like they know EVERY MEMBER'S names! I'm a mom from the Park Cities area and everything from the childcare for my little ones to the Pilates program (the studio is to die for) to the expert personal trainers who make all of my pain from bending, chasing, and playing with my little ones disapperar. This place has it all and I can't wait to experience everything they have to offer. I've heard the Cafe is wonderful. That's next on my list! more

Personal Training 11/16/2009

I'm not one to normally write a review, but I feel like I look better than ever. I have been working out with a personal trainer at TELOS Fitness Center. It is a big monetary commitment, but well worth the money. My trainer keeps me motivated and has transformed my body, much more so than just cardio could ever do. Lifting weights will really transform your whole image in as little as a month. Save the money and try it out - you won't be disappointed. The trainers at TELOS are not meatheads or body builders. They are simply experts at their trade. They will do a full body assesment on you and help you work on your weak areas. If you don't feel like you are getting anywhere in your working out, try a trainer for a jumping off point. You will look and feel better and they will get you into a routine. more

Great Club 11/13/2009

This health club is incredible. The club is very clean, the lockers are huge and the staff is very professional. They have many group classes that allows for anyone to get a great workout with yoga, boot camp, pilates or spin classes. It is also a great networking place as there are a lot of business professionals and corporate executives who work out there. more

Awesome locker rooms w/ high end amenities. Great staff throughout. Private club type service. This is not just a gym as they offer the widest array of excersise options that are leading edge with trainers that are renowned nationally. more

A Different Kind of Fitness Center 11/9/2009

When you walk in the front doors, you can immediatly tell there is something different about Telos. The service desk staff knows each member by name, knows what class they are attending, or who they are there to train with. I love the group excersice classes where the instructors make it fun to be working out and sweating at the gym. The facilities are incredible, and I'd rather get ready in the Telos locker room than my own bathroom! If you are looking for a place to get in shape and feel great, Telos is the place! more

World Class Trainers 11/9/2009

I worked out at Telos Fitness Center in Dallas to get in shape for Division I college football. Working with the Trainers there really helped me improve my strength and explosiveness, by creating a very customized workout routine for me that addressed my specific needs. So many professional athletes work with the Trainers there that you know they must be good. more

Exceeding expectations 10/19/2009

I have had memberships to multiple gyms over my lifetimes some exclusive and some of the Chain fitness centers. Telos not only the nicest facilities out of all of the gyms but also has the best trainers that I have ever been associated with. These trainers are not "RUN OF THE MILL", and after a personal assessment these trainers will know what they need to do to get your CORE where it needs to be. If you feel the need to join a gym I would give these guys a look more

I have been a member for 5 years and have never felt better. My personal trainer and class instructors have taken my fitness to a new level which I never expected. They are tuned into my needs and capabilities. more

The personal trainers at Telos are second to none! Their knowledge of the movement and function of the human body is inspiring. They are very detailed in their workout plans and I wouldn't trust my body with anyone else. more
