I returned home from 9-day vacation to find my AC unit broken and my house over 114 degrees. I found AACE online and called them per the advertised same-day service. I spoke to them at 8:45 a.m. and was assured they would fix the problem that day. The technician met me at my house by 11:00 diagnosed the problem and said someone would be by in the afternoon to install a new compressor. At 2:30, I called him back as I still had not heard from the installation team. I was assured he would call them, they would call me, and they'd be by in the afternoon. At 5:45, I repeated the above steps and was assured someone would be by shortly. By 9:15 p.m. I finally got a call, but I was miles away at a house with AC. In the morning, I called the center and received an apology and assurance someone would be by between 11am to 1pm. At 1:30 I called again to check and was told they'd be getting to it sometime after 6pm. When I received the call from the installer at 8:30, I took it and stayed with him until midnight until he completed the job. The crew were very polite and professional. My complaint is that if you're team is so overbooked that there's no way they can do same day service, then don't take a customer who obviously needs it. I get it, they were overbooked...but then do the right thing and pass on the business. My home was unlivable for 48 hours after I called AACE, and I spent 3 hours from 9 to midnight making sure the job was completed. By the way, no discount or other concession was offered despite failing to meet the guarantee that "if you don't love our service, then it's free".

These guys give you straight answers, there wasn't "I don't know we have to send a service guy out to give you a price". They had a service man call with in 5 minutes, gave me a close est. over the phone. I wasn't asking for an exact price I know no one can do that, but come on. Needless to say my A/C is working MY WIFE IS HAPPY and I found a Straight foward company to deal with from now on.

I called AACE last year when my drier went out. First they said it was the heating element, which was replaced. Then the drier made a horrible noise and they said they had to replace the motor and bearings. Three weeks ago, the noise started again. I called both the company's main number and the technician, NEITHER HAS RETURNED MY CALL AND I'VE CALLED 2-3x/wk FOR THREE WEEKS! In frustration, I called another service company who showed up the day after I called, to confirm that the motor was bad. When I called AACE again to complain and tell them that I was going to post this, the owner (who I've talked to before) said he knew nothing about this. Now he wants me to fax over copies of all my receipts and he'll see what he can do, but since it's out of their 90-day warranty, there's no promises. We'll see if he calls back.

Just what I needed a company you can trust and depend on. As short as possible I was out of town, wife extremely pregnant and house with out A/C. Oh yes it was 101 degrees that day too. I got immediate service and very informative service man that took the time to talk to me long distance and my wife at our home at the same time. He explained all of our option. And boom it was fixed that day and buy the way this new unit saved us about 40% off last months utility bill, that's even more savings then they said we would get. Thank you guys so much GREAT COMPANY!

They came out on Friday to see what my a/c problem was. I needed a new unit inside the house. The installers came out on Saturday, the very next day and installed the new unit. Financing was available and everything went smooth as clock work. Installers were professional and great to talk to. Answered all my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. I really like being able to use one company that can be diversified enough to do several repairs, and this is one company that can! Just handling the air conditioning and heating problem isn't all they do, they can also take care of any appliance no matter the brand! But thats not all...they also have a motto that says "The finest air conditioning, heating and appliance repair service you've ever had- or your service is free!"
