Our technician, Seth, was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and got the job done in great fashion. I was extremely pleased with his work. The air quality in our home has improved with the use of an air purifier and furnace filter he mentioned, but did NOT 'hard sell'. Because of his knowledge and suggestion, we benefitted. Was I so glad your technician came a little early - after he cleaned the stained carpeting in 3 rooms, he had time to clean the tile floors in the kitchen. What a HUGE difference! And I do mean huge! I thought all the dark little spots were just part of the natural stone - no way - it was dirt and the turbo cleaning with steam got it looking new again. We will be using you yearly - or sooner with our two little ones!

Thank you so much, Zerorez, for doing what you said you would do to make my carpet look new again. I have 2 kids, 4 large dogs and lots of friends so our carpet gets HIGH traffic. Zerorez has gotten rid of the spots, stains, dirt, etc. and it is ready for my grandbaby to crawl on! AWESOME!
