I called in to have my door repaired after calling two other companies that wanted my arm as well as my leg. Seeing as how I really need them, I figured I would try yet again. My technician showed up on time the same day that I called. He went over the problem, gave me an estimate ($200 cheaper than the last guy) and fixed it right there and then. Couldn't be happier. Pros: QUICK AND ABLE

I made an appointment to have my garage door operator replaced. The appointment was for a Saturday between the hours of 11am and 2pm. The technician never showed up. I waited from 10am - 5pm. I called their office numerous times. No one was able to get a hold of the technician to find out why he did not show up. On Monday I called their office and spoke with the supervisor who told me that it was a lack of communication and they could have someone out today. I told him that I was not at home now and needed the job done last Saturday. The supervisor did not seem to care about losing my business or all the time that I spent waiting for the technician. From my experience with this company, I would recommend prospective customers to go elsewhere unless they want to do business with a company that really doesn't seem to care. Pros: None Cons: Poor customer service. No one showed up to do the job.
