Excellent movers, very professional staff that coordinates the move; however, once you move, the service and support virtually stops. The office accounting staff is rude and unprofessional. They don't bill you so you must remember to pay your storage. They sometimes send an invoice and sometimes they don't. Very important to remember to pay the storage. Otherwise, you have to deal with their attitude!
Pros: Excellent movers, takes good care of the property.
Cons: Office Billing Staff, Rude & Unprofessional. Need to send monthly statements

I've ordered a Cars jumper for my son's 4-year-old birthday party last Saturday. Jumper and the hot dog machine were delivered on time. Actually even half an hour earlier than the party starts. Their delivery man did all the set up and briefly explained how to operate the motor and the machine. Their service is good and price is relatively cheap.

If you are looking for specialized equipment for camping, hiking or extreme cold weather (not Texas cold but real cold)- this is the place to find it. I always go look for jackets for my ski trips here. It isn't a huge store but it does have one of the best selections (cold weather gear is hard to find in Texas!). The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to trying things on and advice for what is the best equipment or clothing for the cold weather activity of your choice.

My husband booked us with another moving company, and they stood us up. A friend of mine had used Apple Moving twice so we called them. From the first phone call until we were in our new home, they were Great! I gave them a list of items to be moved, and they only change in our price was that I forgot to tell them that we had a washer and dryer. The movers were polite and careful, and did not stop until we were moved in. They set up my infants room first, which was great, as moving is stressful enough, but with a six week old the stress was triple. After the move we received an evaluation sheet, that asked us to rate their service. It was alot higher than the 5 stars I could rate on here! I want to think Apple Moving, and their men, for bailing us out, and I wish I had been referred to them before making the mistake of calling someone else! Apple Moving is the only moving company I will ever use!
Pros: Excellent Service, Polite movers
Cons: That my husband called someone else first THAT STOOD US UP! Not Apple Movings fault!

This business might provide the service they offer - but not with much kindness or consideration to their customers. When trying to place an order over the phone, I was surprised by the rude manner in which the woman spoke and responded to me. With so many other options for waste disposal here in Dallas, I would NOT recommend using this company, I surely don't want to have to deal with her again.
