The vets there are all very caring and compassionate. I've taken my cats there for years and they have all been forthright and consistent with their care and diagnosis. Dr. Charles is incredible..... always tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear and consistent with the facts and treatment options. Dr. Johnson and Brittain..... wonderful too ! Compassionate, caring and they always return your calls in a timely manner. Even though the facilities are modest, they do harbor the latest in technology...they make up for it in care, compassion and knowledge.

I am new to Lewisville and needed some minor electric work done. I called a few electrical companies and Service magic but either didn?t hear from them or was told the job was too small. I found Ecotecks web site for lewisville and dallas and filled out the service request form, and had a call within an hour for my electrical handy man service. The guy from Ecoteck was extremely professional and thorough. He went over the electrical job with me and got me electrical bids from 2 local electrical companies in Lewisville. And what made it even better was the fact that I didn?t? have to do anything, It wasn't the cheapest but it was good honest service.
After it was all done with a guy (Lane) from Ecoteck even called me after my job was complete couple days to make sure that everything was going well? Imagine that! A contractor-related professional that actually calls!!!

I have been bringing my 2 small dogs to Dr. Martin for several years-- by far he is the most knowledgeable and thorough vet that I have found. He gives excellent explanations and has given top-notch care to my dogs. Also, I brought my cat to Dr. Grubbs, and I was very impressed with the care he gave. He called to check in on my cat after the visit. They never did unncessary tests or procedures. The facility is very clean. I am a physician and I have the highest confidence in them.

My dad is a retired veterinarian, so my standards are extremely high. I have been so impressed by Dr Cantrell and his friendly staff -- they have continued to exceed my expectations. I have a cat who required knee surgery (very unusual for a cat) last year and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. Dr. Cantrell always takes his time and is one of the most considerate and thorough persons I've ever met. My dad was also impressed with his work and willingness to take the time to discuss our concerns regarding our pets' health.
I recommend East Dallas Veterinary to everyone!

Big thumbs up to the people at Billi Bonze! I highly recommend them. They were thorough & friendly when I paid an initial visit to talk about bringing my dog in for grooming and the day I brought him in they were prompt to take him, sweet about him being a little nutty (he's a spunky 96 lbs golden retriever), and when I picked him up... OH MY GOSH! He smelled AMAZING (not like he'd been around other dogs), he feels like silk and you could tell they'd paid really close attention to his teeth, ears, nails, and how they trimmed him. I"m HIGHLY impressed and believe their prices are totally normal/acceptable/WORTH IT. I'd had a really bad experience at another groomer so I"m really relieved to have found Wilson a new "day of beauty"

We have one cat and two dogs that we have been taking to Dr. Lindley for almost two years. The staff is quick and friendly. Dr. Lindley has a lot of experience with dogs and cats and it shows. He is very gentle, and good at working with the animals. He has handled all kinds of problems for us such as our dogs swallowing items that they should not have, sprained muscles, spaying of our dog and cat, heartworm medication, etc. and is always available for consultation. We have been to many other local vetrinarians but have not found anyone that we trust as much as Dr. Lindley to our well pampered, part-of-the-family animals.

I've been a client of Pappy's Pet Lodge since it opened 6-7 years ago. I've used all 3 locations and feel the staff and experience is the best fit for my dog. I recently boarded over Spring Break when I had a last minute business trip and the team at Pappy's worked hard to get my baby in for boarding. She returned home happy. I was able to watch from my hotel room in Seattle while she played in daycare and it was adorable. I love their grooming team, I've used almost all of their groomers on several occasions and have never been disappointed and I have an "active" bichon. Thank you Pappy's for easing my anxieties when I have to be away from my sweet Bailey.

I used to go to another grooming shop that was also a huge retail store because it was close by. I would watch in horror as it appeared that they were restless and uncooperative - the groomer seemed annoyed and impatient. I felt like my dogs were just another dollar and no personalized treatment at all. . My coworker that lives close to Nadine's highly recommended them, so I said why not try them. First I called and asked a lot of questions -- Midnight is 12 and doesn't like to stand very long and Blue is full of energy and barks a lot. He can also be a little nervous. I was told that I could come by and inspect the facility. I went ahead and made the appointment. The staff was more than friendly the day of the appointment. I inspected the back of the grooming area and was unnoticed. I got to see how they cared for the pets. I heard and watched the groomers talking and interactting with the dogs. They even do cats! I couldn't believe that, but there it was in what they called a lion cut or something like that. The cages have little pillow type cushions and I saw little bones with some of them. I asked if they could be ready asap so that I could do a little shopping since I was in the area and Midnight is older. No problem. They even got a cute bandana and a little bag of bones they call a report card. I was very satisfied with the haircut and I have now been a repeat customer for over 6 months. Midnight and Blue do not hesitate to go through the door like they did at the other major chain store, Trust me...I am very picky and concerned about my babies. The staff is friendly and polite. They book appointments online which is easy for me because I can save the reminder in my inbox. I had to write this review because they deserve it and I must say my coworker was right. Thank you Rhonda for letting me know about Nadine's. 5 stars is my rating. My husband said he agreed 100 percent.
