There aren't very many of these left ... an independent lawn equipment retailer who sells just about any type of lawn equipment you could want. They also carry a good supply of parts and inventory. Their mower, edger or weed wacker service is a must! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plus where else are you going to go when you are in the market for a small tractor??

Highly recommend Kirk AC for installation or repair of your home's heating and cooling systems. For seven years and in two houses, they've kept my family cool (or warm).
How their rates compare to other companies, I can't say, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Every one of their service techs who has come to our house has been friendly, courteous, and very open about answering questions. They even try to work quietly while my kid is napping! Great company.

I like to deal with a company that does not have the middle man, just takes my order, then produces and installs it, and that is what you get with this company. The showroom is actually inside the manufacturing facility. They have an inhouse employee installation staff, and on top of that their prices are very competitive. The windows are commercial glass quality and they have a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Our house was in need of a roofing job, and my neighbor recommended to go and check this place out. In not time, did they set up an appointment, they came over and provided us with an estimation of the cost, needless to say, we went with their rates. Great recommendation and fast service. My roof looks great, wonderful makeover.

Started out really friendly... even though they were an hour late w/o calling. I told them that if the price nears a certain point to call and we would go from there. I faxed a credit card authorization over for the pre agreed upon amount. They found the leak within our time frame and price. They called me to let me know they found the leak and asked If i wanted them to test the rest of the pool. I told them not to and let us fix what was leaking. I get a call 30 minutes later and the owner said that the price we owed was over the orginal, agreed upon amount. I asked why (i did tell them to stop work at the 1.75 hr mark remember!) He said that I was being charged for the time it took them to clean up their supplies as well as the time it took to write up an invoice!! After much talking, he refused to budge on this shady practice. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Customer service is a key component to any business and this company and none!!
Pros: good work was done

Well I don't usually write reviews bc I feel that people should voice their complaints to the companies, but this situation needs to be known. This company promotes that they will not charge you a dime if they are not on time, but when they couldn't make it on time, they called an said that they weren't going to be able to service my home. If anyone out there is a working stiff, you know what it takes to take time out of your day and stick around your house.... not to mention the AC isn't working!!!!!! So I just hope I save someone out there the same experience.
Pros: On time or you don't pay a dime.
Cons: If they aren't on time, they won't come at all.
