i have been using Suburban Heating and Air coditioning for years - they are very reliable, very reasonable and best of all they send abill for their services rather than making you pay on the spot. they have repaired our furnace many times without recommending costly replacement even though its old. i highly recommend their services.

Signs sound boring as a topic, but what this company can create is amazing! They can wrap vehicles, make yard signs and even supply you with an instant pop up display for conventions. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Just ask and they probably can make it. You get what you pay for!
Pros: Fast turnaround, great customer service
Cons: A little difficult to find, but worth it!

They do a great job and the price is right. I know of less expensive companies but you always end up paying more in the long run. Signs Manufacturing is very reliable and will save you a lot of money, time and headache.
Pros: Reliable, responsive, best quality, great price
Cons: You can find it cheaper if you're willing to take the risk

I was referred to Pope Plumbing by my neighbor after my water heater broke. Pope's guy came out on time and kept everything really clean. He also explained that whoever installed my heater hadn't installed it according to city code. The city code enforcement people had to come out too, which was a hassle but not Pope's fault. Also, my home warranty company misrepresented to me what my coverage was for, also not Pope's fault, but I had to pay more than I thought I would. But I appreciate that Pope had all of the info at hand to show me what/why etc. and gave me a fair price. Since I my home is listed for sale, I am glad to know my system is up to code - otherwise, that could have cost me later on if a potential buyer couldn't buy because my house didn't pass inspection. Thank you Pope Plumbing - I refer you guys all the time now!!

I'm a Realtor and have had to recommend services for buyers and sellers. This is one I will recommend over and over again. They come out promptly when nobody else will, and they do a friendly, thorough job for a better price than the competition had quoted anyway! Use them to replace your broken or fogged windows!

We experienced the ol' "Pager in the toilet rountine". Called Barbosa Mechanical, a servicemaster affilliate who isn't taking new clients, they suggested three others. ARS was a responder with success.
After Ernie's plumbing responded attempted clearing the line with a drain snake (no luck, but no charge either) and suggested we buy a new toilet and give them a call to install.
ARS called, I told them about the "no luck" on the pager, they asked if the toilet was pulled up for retrieval? "No", it wasn't. I agreed to let them give it a try. WELL,WELL what do you know. Success! Pulled the toilet up, took it outside, retrieved the pager, put the toilet back in all in about 30 minutes for less than the first plumber would have charged!!!!!
The old toilet is good as new! They will be my first call for all my plumbing needs, Thanks Bode!
