We had Accurate Glass and Mirror, Inc. replace the door in our master bath shower. They came out the same day I contacted them to give us an estimate and was very helpful in getting us the product we needed. The man installing our shower was did a wonderful job, except that they originally brought the wrong door into the house and they had to leave and bring the correct one back the next day. There was no mess left at all in the bathroom and it looks wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and their prices are very competitive compared to other local Glass and Mirror companies. I would recommend them to anyone else needing their services.

I'd gotten bids from a few foundation companies. Advanced was about in the middle, but the piers impressed me more, as did the people. So, I chose them. I'm very glad that I did. The men did a very good job, working around my flower beds to the best of their ability, and replanting anything that needed to be dug up. None of the companies I got bids from would guarantee that the plants would survive, and one company even refused to replant anything and said that wasn't their job, they only do foundation work. Advanced not only did their best to be careful of my plants, they told me to pay special attention to them for the next several weeks, as it's the after care of the plants that helps them survive. I did, and my plants are fine. They also re-mortarted the cracks on the exterior of my house, and did a great job doing so, matching what was already there (another thing that another company refused to do). I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and, in fact, have done so. Their work and customer service are superior, to say the least. The lifetime transferrable warranty is also a HUGE selling point when I sell my home.
Pros: Professionals from beginning to end

I own a rental house in Plano. The renter reported losing a lot of water in the pool. Called company "A". They "found" leaks in two places,a leak in the motor, and 20 feet of deck had to be replaced. Total almost $5,000. It seemed excesive to me. Called American Leak Detection, gave them the estimate/report (no prices), we agreed on $2,000 approx for the leaks. When they went to make the repairs they started with a test of their own and found only a leak in the return valve. Total repair $400 approx. Dealt with Will K and Gregory k.. mainly, but they all are honest.
Pros: Honesty, accuracy, price
Cons: None.
