They were on time for our pickup from our home. Return trip they were to meet us at the airport; Called them after we picked up our luggage. Was told that they would pick us up in 30 minutes. After 1hour and 15 minutes they arrived. Van was in poor shape. very rough ride. We would not use them again, more

Dont use them went to wrong motel!!! 8/6/2014

Driver took me to wrong motel. Was suppose to be picked up at motel for return trip to DFW did not come. A wasted 45 dollars plus the 10.00 for transportation to the right motel plus the fee I had to pay American Airlines since I missed my return flight due to Super Shuttle not picking me up at the motel on the day of return trip. Plus the money I had to pay a taxi to get me to the airport. In all Super Shuttle cost me about 85.00 dollars. Next time I will use GO shuttle heard excellent comments about them. I now have to fly to Dallas once a month can send GO some business and will recommend them to my co-workers. more

Super Shuttle provides pick up service from your home or work to and from the airport. It is easy to order, either by phone or online. They charge about $30 roundtrip which is cheaper than getting a taxi from certain locations. The shuttle is usually a van, so you don't have to worry about your luggage not fitting, if your family is taking several luggage items. You don't have to worry about paying parking at the airport either. more
