I called them to correct leaking washing machine water lines left by Home Depot Installation's very poor job. The Love Field plumber arrived promplty, was highly professional, gave his assesent of the work and was very honest, and completed the work quickly. Cost was fair and less than projected. Will surely reccomend!

I've ordered a Cars jumper for my son's 4-year-old birthday party last Saturday. Jumper and the hot dog machine were delivered on time. Actually even half an hour earlier than the party starts. Their delivery man did all the set up and briefly explained how to operate the motor and the machine. Their service is good and price is relatively cheap.

Bad Service, Overcharge, Vets in it just for money
I have been a customer of Banfield for many years. However when Dr. Hunt left a few years ago the clinic went down hill. The staff is not professional and the current vets there are clearly in the business for money and not for care. I took a dog in 8/16/08 which had diahreaa the vet wanted to run additional tests and IV fluids for the cost of a additional $700 to $900. He further had me convinced this dog would die which had stressed me out so much I cried most of the day. After picking the dog up for a second opinion the vet that offered the second opinion gave him a shot and medication and he is fine. I have used the wellness plan for at least 8 years. I am canceling and finding another vet. Banfield will no longer care for my dogs

PROS: Waits are never too long, nice nurses and staff
CONS: Too far a drive from Frisco! Can't they move it closer? ;)

This company does a phenominal job. The customer service(they actually answer the phone! as opposed to 90% of the companies I tried to contact before getting them) was excellent on the phone...very nice people. They made a special trip to my neighborhood and mowed it the very next day! The crew went above and beyond what they needed to do for the price of the job. It is a fairly small yard, however due to the equipment we use to mow, edge, etc. had been stolen..and also due to the rain, the grass was pretty tall, yet they stayed and completed the job perfectly. They mowed, edged, weed-eated, picked up any debris, and did cleanup of loose grass. When speaking with them, the crew was all very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone in Dallas needing their lawn taken care of. Ask for Eric and Sergio's crew. Phenominal job!!!
Pros: Super Grass is very professional. They did a phenominal job.
Cons: Nothing at all. It's hard to find lawn service who do thier job well....Super does!! A+
