This is a great zoo. It is a little different than the Fort Worth zoo. I like to go here. But, I dont like the drive to get there. It 's a great place to go and take your kids. If you live far away you will definatly have to take the day off of work . You will most likely get stuck in the dallas traffic .

The Dallas Zoo is a very good zoo. I do enjoy the Ft. Worth zoo much more because it is bigger and it seems like there is more to do, but the Dallas Zoo still gets the job done. The still have all the animals any other zoo would have. It is a great place to take the family and really have a fun-filled day. The food and beverages can be a little pricey, but that's what I've come to expect at attractions such as these. The kids always love the zoo and they can't tell the difference between this zoo, Ft. Worth, or San Diego, and that's all the matters.

I highly recommend the Dallas Zoo for a day out with your family. There are lots of different animals to see and they all look well take care of. There is also a gift shop and places where you can eat and there is an area where your children can play in water fountains to cool off. It is a fun day out.

Just make sure you are ready to spend hours outdoor in the texas heat. Every dallas resident has to visit the zoo at least once.

The Dallas Zoo is a great place to take kids or friends. It is a good zoo, even though all you ever hear about is the one in Fort Worth. It has all the animals you would expect to be at a zoo, even though they can sometimes be hard to find in their spacious environments. There is a monorail that is high up at one point, and you can ride it and effortlessly see many animals. The reptile area is especially good. There is even a children's area where the kids can both play and learn. It can get hot during the summer, but there are some places to eat indoors.

This zoo is very clean and well maintained. It has some unique features like the tram that goes around the zoo if you prefer to ride instead of walk. The exhibits are nice and you can make a nice family trip here at a low cost. The food and drinks can be a little expensive, but otherwise a very nice family activity. I do like the Fort Worth Zoo Much better, but this is a nice change.

This place is a pretty cool place to go. I think that this is about as good as it can be for being a zoo in a big city. I like this place because the animals there are common animals. There really isnt anything that you would see that is out of the norm for a zoo. The scare with the gorrilla getting lose though a few years ago did make me not want to go back to this place. I mean if it can get out then you think that other things can get out. I think that it is a little out of date and maybe needs to get up to date but other then that this place is really nice to go to on the weekends with the family.
