I went to get my hair cut, it looks horrifying. I cant believe it, they cut it uneven and i asked for it to be even, she even got a attitude with me about it. You told me you wanted it this way, and i cutted it and now you dont like it, its not my fault. more

I have been going to Malcolm's for a few years now. I finally found a stylist there that knows how to work with natural curly hair. She gives me great hair styles that i never would have imagined i would look good in. more

I was getting a color in the back of the salon area and overheard some girls in the back room making fun of another customer saying "what a stupid white bitch" (I'm white and they were all black) I definately noticed they were treating the black customers nicer than the white ones, like being ignored and not listening to what they were saying. It made me wonder if they were talking about me.(I'm white) After coloring my hair which was o-kay I guess she was styling my hair and it was definately being cooked (I wanted a straight look) by the blowing and irons. I do my hair at home and it doesn't take much to straighten my hair since it's pretty straight to begin with. My ends felt dried and singed afterward and I told her and she said no their not. It felt worse after the cut, I should have just left it alone. I ended up going somewhere else to get the dried ends cut off. I will never go back. I felt so uncomfortable. more

I was so disgusted of waiting too long.. almost an hour.. didn't look like they were busy when i came in.. a few more customers came in.. I was still waiting.. they took at least 3 people before me they didn't look like they had an appointment .. I only wanted to get a cut came home with nothing..such a poor service more

Malcolm’s Haircutters is an excellent place to go to get your hair cut. I go there a lot because the staff is always very friendly. They do excellent work cutting hair and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly. The place is kept very neat and clean. The prices are inexpensive. I highly recommend them. more
