Here are just a few of the problems I have had here! I was told there would always be a therapist qualified to do light massage which I require due to severe Fibromyalgia, spinal damage & spinal nerve damage. There was one the first 2 visits thereafter only medium & deep tissue. I have made appointments only to arrive & find that the receptionist could not find where she put it on the computer. I have been told that the therapist could do light massage only to find that she did only deep massage-this left me unable to even stand the next day. A receptionist called the day before my appointment & told me that my appointment had been moved to another time-then the next day called & told me that I would be charged for missing it. The receptionist admitted she had done this & the mgr told me that 30 min would be given as an apology, then charged me for it-I was eventually reimbursed. The contract states that you get 50 min on-hand massage, 10 min to undress & dress. I never received this. I got 20-40 min on-hand, 5 min therapist discussion, 20-30 min to undress & dress. Since new management, all therapists complain about working conditions 5-10 min of on-hand. 10/2/09 I arrived for my appointment 15 min before as requested only to be told hatefully that I had cancelled my appointment. I denied this & inquired if I needed to reschedule since I wanted this therapist & was told no. The manager & receptions were whispering & looking at me in a manner that caused everyone to stare at me. After waiting 35 min I was yelled at & humiliated when I refused to accept another therapist. I told them that I felt the problem with this facility was incompetence. I asked for the owner's contact information. The manager then yelled at me & told me to leave, which I did. I emailed the owner & Head Office of Massage Envy with no response. I was charged for this appointment.

I found this place on Citysearch and was a little wary of a $39 massage, since you usually get what you pay for. Not the case here! The massage I got was equal to (or better than) ones that I've gotten in the past and paid twice the price for. I'll be coming back! Pros: Good massage, nice and clean facility Cons: Not all the bells and whistles of a day spa (but who cares?)

I was a little nervous in that is was my first massage. However, both the girl at the front desk and the therapist quickly put my mind at ease. The therapist started with my head and I could feel my entire body totally relax, any and all fears were gone. I could feel a big difference from the time I walked in to the time I left. Therefore, I just had to sign up for their membership. I could not pass up such a great deal!!

Wow!!! Everyone up front working the desk are SO friendly, and that's not even the best part! The massage therapists there are top tier! It's like they stole the therapists from one of those ritzy spas that cost hundreds of dollars per session (I paid $57.00 for an Hour and a Half!) They didn't even charge me extra for deep tissue! The whole clinic is very relaxing and its the perfect way to wind down from a hectic day. My last session was at 9:00 PM - after that I went right to bed! - Their hours are very flexible and convenient! Dim lights, music, nice people. massage, great prices, long hours (7 days a week!)...What more can you ask for! Make sure to ask them about their membership program - Oh! and their Gift Certificates are great presesnts for any occasion (I stocked up for Christmas already!) Pros: Price, Hours, Staff Cons: None that I can think of...

I really enjoyed being able to get an appointment first of all, they have openings from 8-10 during the week so I was able to get a massage in at my convience. The front desk staff is very polite and I felt that my whole experience was very professional. The therapists are knowledgable and take their time in explaining your massage and where they are finding your troubled spots. I would rate is a perfect 10 for your massage place.
