This is the best place I have ever gotten new tires from. Gary, the guy who answers the phone and coordinates appointments, is great. He knows what he is doing, gives you a total over the phone and makes your appointment. Their prices can't be beat! But then, when I got the tires, I had them look at the brakes. Now, they could have ripped me off and said I needed new pads...but they didn't. They were able to give me a ride home and come and get me after the new tires and 30,000 check-up were complete. I was very satisfied.

I forgot the name of the person who took care of me but he was very nice and courteous. I needed a tire that they did not have in stock and that guy, without telling me ordered it (special order) without asking for my credit card or promising me that i have to go to use his service. I have called other places and they all told me they needed at least 1-2 days and my credit card. Althought the tire probably costed me $10 more than other places but with such a courteous and quick service, I rather spent that extra buck
PROS: very fast service
CONS: a little bit more bucks than other places

The man who owns this repair and smog shop also does most of the work. He is very friendly, does quick work, and his prices are very reasonable. When I brought my older van there earlier this year, it wouldn't pass smog. He fixed the problem quickly, and I passed with flying colors. I highly recommend this shop!

This is a great place to go to get your car washed. If you have a coupon, they'll hand wash your car for under $7, a really good bargain. Make sure you go on a weekday, perhaps during lunchtime or something, because they tend to get very busy on weekends. This place is also located near a few restaurants so you can eat while you wait for your car to finish.

This was my first experience with Phillips Tire and I always received the best service from Manager Tony, who always went out of his way to make sure I got the right tire on my car - at the right price. Mgr. Tony is at the Phillips Tire in Orange off of Main and is still providing his customers with world class service!
