Good: Large selection of music books and sheet music.. Bad: The store's policy is no returns and no exchanges on printed music. I wanted to return a mistaken purchase of an unused, like-new music book. The store refused. It just lost a customer and potential annual revenue of $100 for refusing return of a $10 book.
Prices are full retail (no discount).. Improvements: The store needs to trust its customers about not photocopying and returning printed music. If it dumps its refund/exchange policy, I might give them a second chance.. Other: Shop elsewhere. This store does not have a monopoly on printed music..

I like this place. If they do not have the sheet music in stock, they order it fast. Very friendly.

This is a wonderful place to buy everything you need for music -- sheet music, books, instruments, accessories, etc. However, I would not recommend renting a violin here. Over one summer, I must have went back to the store at least 4 times trying to get the violin I had fixed or changed to another one in similar (bad) shape.

World of music sells everything a musician needs. Sheet music, music books/collections, instruments (guitars, pianos, band instruments), instrument rentals, lessons, repairs, misc. parts.
All for standard retail prices. So they don't try to jip you or anything. Even better that they always have coupons in those Valpak envelopes of local business coupons that come in your mail.
Usually $5.00 off of $25 or $10 off of $50. I always save these coupons for when I was playing the clarinet and needed to buy reeds periodically.
