the other "fob market" in cupertino =p great place, and a lot closer to where most people live. Very accessible, lots of parking spots, clean and huge selection. Prices are pretty cheap, especially their fresh produce. Service is great, overall i'm really pleased whenever I go buy groceries here with my mom.

Thia chinese supermarket is a little smaller than ranch 99 and lion. And sometimes is a little more expensive than other Chinese supermarket. But they still has a good selection of groceries. Besides, their deli section has delicious fried rice, fried noodle, and cooked Chinese food. Don't miss their food an bakery when coming here.

Marina Food is a Chinese grocery store that you seldom see except in Chinatown. This often smelly store sells the typical fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat at a very low price. Marina food has a huge selection of crabs, oysters, clams, fishes, octopus, squid, and sushi. They also sell packaged Asain foods like noodles, tofu, fish cakes, Chinese crackers, and other unique things. Marina Food has a full size bakery and a hot food aisle similar to the one at Mr. Chau's. But be sure not to come here if you're looking for American cereal, cookies, chips, and other junk foods. You won't find them.

The grocery section of the market is a bit pricey, so I would head straight to the Deli section. There, you can get cooked meats (bbq pork, crispy pork, variety of chicken, etc.), dim sum (I believe only on weekends, but not too sure), combo plates, traditional Northern Chinese breakfast/brunch foods, noodles, rice plates and baked goods. The service isn't that great though...some ladies will dump your food into the box or just give you a dirty look. Don't be deterred though. Just be polite, ask for what you want, pay, and then quietly walk away.
