Roswell Pediatric Ctr Pc

I have never felt so unwelcomed or been treated so rudely at any medical office, much less a pediatrician's office. My infant child was seen 45 minutes after the appointment time, my concerns were quickly dismissed, and I was condescendingly given instructions on what I SHOULD have been doing for my child. I was very disappointed with the staff and service and I will not be taking my child back after the lack of professionalism shown. more

I have been to Roswell Pediatrics since my child was born , he will be 5 this year. All the doctors and nurses are great. If i have had to wait ever it was well worth it. The staff has alway been nice and I have never had a problem with anyone there. I would send all my friends to them! more

I have received care for my 3 year old son since his birth from Roswell Pediatrics. Everytime I go, everyone is friendly and the docs always seem up-to-date. If you're looking for antibiotics for every sniffle, this isn't the practice for you. I appreciate that they don't treat my child unecessarily and educate me on colds, virus, etc. The facilities are all updated and clean. I usually see Dr. Burnham in the Cumming location and love his "down to earth" nature, but have seen several others and have always been pleased. I have had to wait for 45 minutes before, but I understand that they encounter very sick children sometimes unexpectedly. If it were my child, I would expect them to take the time they need with him too instead of shoving him out the door without proper treatment. Love this practice-nobody's perfect, but very happy overall. more

Being new to the area, picking a pediatrician is a big deal. Based on recommendations and internet reviews I chose this practice and regret that decision. I didn't wait long in the waiting room, but once I got to the room the wait was very long. The nurse was really nice, but we saw more of him than the actual doctor. The doctor read about my concerns and really didn't address them or give me any solutions. The doctor never addressed my son or really talked to him. I want a pediatrician that is really nice and friendly towards my son, and this doc was not it. They also tried to get my 3yr old to do a vision test where he had to tell them shapes off a chart. He had to stand in a hallway with other kids walking around, so of course he got distracted. They ordered a different eye test, saying he didnt pass the first. Well no one told me it wouldn't be covered by my insurance, so getting that large bill made us very upset. They also did not get my previous records, so they couldn't make sure he was growing correctly or what vaccines he has had. I had given them the information from my old office weeks before the appt., so I don't know why they hadn't gotten them yet. They blamed me for not contacting the old office....well hello that's why I gave you the records release form to fax to them! I'm currently trying to find a new pediatrician in the area, so I don't have to go back here again! more

first time visit for my new born , the waiting was terrible ,booking more people than they can see and they poke my baby to test for jaundice and my wife insisted that two days prior he tested low risk at the hospital but this not so smart lady "doctor" insisted in poking the child to test again (making money) and test came back negative low risk just like my wife had said .terrible, terrible, terrible....finding me another place. more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, DOCTORS IF YOU EVER SEE A REAL ONE AND NOT SOME NURSE------------ARE TERRIBLE. WAIT TIME IS OUT THE ROOF AND THEN YOU GET SOME HALF BAKED NURSE. THEY ARE RUDE CONDSENDING AND I WOULD NEVER SEND A FRIEND THERE. GO TO BOB LICATA MD. HE IS AWESOME. LESS THAN ONE STAR WOULD BE MY REC. more

I have taken my Son to Roswell Pediatric Center for 9 1/2 years and love it. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but the care received was well worth it and the amount of time sick or well was great. I have seen several of the physicians and NP's All wonderful.. Thanks. DJ more

We recently moved to Cumming and chose Roswell Peds on the recommendation of our neighbors. We experienced a long wait time for a simple sick visit, however when we saw the nurse practitioner she gave us quality time for the reason we were there. more

I've been taking my daughter to Roswell Pediatrics for 3 years. The staff and doctors are very good at communicating with my daughter, answering her questions and getting info directly from her. Highly recommended. The clinic has two waiting rooms, for the sick and well kids. Bonus! more

This was the worst experience! The average wait time was 1 hour for an appointment! That is not fun with a 7 month old. My son recently had an infection in his leg and we waited for one hour and a half. Then it took them 4 days to give the results. I explained he was still infected and I asked if we could come in tomorrow because we were leaving town. They said they could not guarantee seeing me at my appointment time and their average wait time was 1 hour. They recommended I either take him to the emergency or he could die! I can;t beleive the LACK of customer service. I thought if your child is sick they would take you right away. Instead I have to take my son to the ER! more

My children went here for a year and a half until we moved. They loved it and we found the school to be very organized and they offered lots of activities. I lookeed at all of the school in this area and liked this one the best. more

I take my kids to the Alpharetta office of Roswell Pediatrics. We all love the place. The offices are conveniently located, clean and spacious. There are 2 waiting rooms- one for sick kids and one for well. We have seen Dr. Eaton for well visits since my daughter was born 5 yrs ago. She is very friendly and great with the kids. The nurses have all been wonderful too. We never have to wait too long to be seen or to check out even if there is a line to check out. Another doctor I have seen in the hospital after delivery is Dr. Landis. He is also very friendly and great bedside manner. more

We have used Dr. Burnham as our primary pedatrician ever since our first child was born eight years ago. We have complete faith in Dr. Burnham, and our children are very comfortable with him. He really knows how to communicate with them on their level. He is also great with adults. You can ask him questions without feeling embarrassed or stupid. I am very glad to have found Dr. Burnham and Roswell Pediactric! more
