OK, I live in South Pasadena and have been to quite a few Bally's in or around my area. I work in West L.A off of Bundy and I go to the gym in Culver City in the morning. I like this gym better than any other Bally's gym I've been to so far, in L.A (Rosemead, the one off Bundy Blvd, West Covina, Covina). I do agree with the parking issue, but if you go to the one off Bundy you have to pay! And the gym is ridiculously small. The Culver City gym is always CLEAN. I like the locker room set up (there's little spaces to dress comfortably). I love going to level M, a secluded area with treadmills and televisions - I love to run on this floor because it's nice and quiet and you don't see the crowd come in an out of the gym, it's my private little workout area. It's never crowded in there in the morning. I am also a member of LA Fitness - I love the new gym in Alhambra on Fremont, it's beautiful, spacious, and all the machines have little fans to cool you off while you run, it's a new gym state of the art, so go figure - it's AMAZING! The Bally's in Rosemead is digusting, too many people, especially chinese women walking around naked and lathering up with aloe or oils in the steam room, yuk! They are dirty, they wipe their nose with their fingers - no tissue! (no, I am not prejudice - my bestfriend is Asain). I also like the crowd at Culver City in the morning... they are there to WORKOUT, not pick up! So although you may have to park a little further from the entrance doors, you'll like this place I guarantee you. You need the excercise anyway, don't you? =)

If you come to this restaurant you'll get a great dining experience. Seating is always prompt and service in unbelievably friendly. And the food is fantastic! The tomyumgai soup is yums, the papaya salad is great, the pad thai is so delish. We go on a regular basis and always have a great experience. Plus they deliver! Perfect!!!

This is really a great local spot. The quality of their food is outstanding. The wide variety of the menu items is just what a regular lunch crowd needs to keep them coming back without getting dull.
I highly recommend Bluebird.

I really feel listened to and understood. They even make sure I truly understand what is wrong before they fix it and why. They are great for me..All work is guarantied without argument. Prices are not high and is truly a value when you consider you get what you pay for and the piece of mind that if the work is not to your liking it will be corrected/refunded.

I have never left the restaurant either hungry or disappointed. The steaks are surpurb. The ribeye is to long for. The owners are most pleasant and add to the dining pleasure. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is hungry and wants the best prime aged steak. You will not be disappointed.

I never knew that "healthy" food could be so delicious. I've had a few of their salads and i've had the fish too. Love love love the food. there's no where to sit outside but its nice to sit outside and people watch. thai chicken salad is awesome.

Cons: a little pricier then what you would expect...but the quality makes it worth it.

I was blown away the second I stepped into this orchid oasis in Culver City. Winding through hundreds of orchids each more beautiful then the next.... and I was amazed by the prices. It is the highest quality for the lowest price I have seen in LA. The staff is helpful and the orchids I bought have lasted five times as long as the ones I have picked up at TJ's or florist. This is my new favorite spot!
