This Museum is fairly new, but absolutely incredible. It is not open to the public on a regular basis, but is rather geared towards academics and students. The collection of socialist realist art is stunning/mind-blowing and the archives are truly unparalleled outside of Europe. It is only a matter of time before everyone has heard of this museum.

Sally's Fabrics has a great selection of fabrics for all occasions. The price per yard is very reasonable. You can get simple cotton fabric to expensive satin and velvet ones. They have beautiful patterns for children's clothes if you are interested in designing your own dresses. They also sell decorative accessories like buttons, bows, flowers etc. They have great sale going on during holiday weekends.

The day before Christmas i met Brittney Spears in Toys R us in the hood. This is the ghetto Toys r us and she was with her hubby. Toys r us always have good toys and never have a large crowd around and they are centrally located for everyone to get to. She seem nice, but she did look like trailor trash and her dude look like he needed a nap. But for themost part she didntspend no more than 500 bucks in there. She was nice and signed a couple of autographs, but you know regular ol black folks like me do not care abou no Brittney Spears so she did not have to worry about us hounding her it was like OK Britney Spears wop ti doo.

I have eaten at Rutt's based on the other review written here at Judy's book. I have loved this site as I'm a very picky eater when it comes to food quality and let me tell you, The previous post was spot on!
My first experience was a togo order. I ordered the French toast as I was late for work on a Saturday and wanted to enjoy some nice breakfast as I was stuck working on a weekend. Not only did the French toast taste magnificent, it tasted such after sitting by my side for about 10-15 minutes so it wasn't as "Hot and fresh" as it could have been.
This prompted me for my next visit the following weekend, I also wanted to try a Royale because they sounded to tantalizing. I ordered a few slices of French toast on the side and a Royale. (Fried) Wow, This tasted very much like "Pork fried rice" You can get any mixture of meats and what not, I went with pork, but it was very reminiscent of pork fried rice and was also exceeded my expectations.
I also went last weekend once again and yet again the service was very quick, friendly and the food was flawless. I try to give restaurants 3 tries with 3 dishes before I review them and Trust me, if you want a nice lazy sunday breakfast/brunch Rutt's is for you. There's something for everyone Traditional eggs/Sausage/bacon or a Royale, or French toast/Hotcakes.
Indoor/outdoor seating, dogs welcome outside (I brought mine, but unfortunately spilled some Orange juice on her heh) Fantastic experience and cuisine. One of my highest recommendations yet!

if you like pastrrami, this is the best place to go when near LAX... whenever we fly in or out of the airport, we have to stop here before or after or both sometimes!
not often will you find a $12.95 plate of pastrami sandwich, which is quite pricey but really worth it!
i'm the kind that doesn't like to waste money if it's not worth it, but this is one 13.00 sandwich i will buy!
and they open till the wee hours of the night, so if you club late into the night, johnnies is good too!

However, if you're looking for a free-lance, creatively advanced and excellent referenced woman to help you create an image or logo that's exactly what you're trying to say...call Karen. She originally designed my business cards and let's just say, "the rest is history". EVERY TIME and I do mean every time I hand over my card, I get a compliment. I just send them directly to Karen Kamberg Designs so she can do the same for them. Her work history entails everything from Downtown luxury condo sales, to the Ugly Dolls and working with advertising agencies as large as Ogilvy.
