The office was always very friendly, from the first person that took my call to the receptionist that answered general questions. The Project Manager, Avi was always available and helpful. He always returned my calls quickly.
The Rep that came to my house, Oren was extremely friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and showed me different tile samples. He helped me to pick out a nice tile based on my budget and showed me how to change the design of the tile layout so that I would still get enough tile to cover the area I wanted so that it would still look nice.
Everyone was very friendly and my bathroom looks beautiful. I love my quiet retreat.

Great looking stuff in display, horrible service and slow delivery. Borderline fraud. Over 3 months late in delivery -- and once arrived, called us to say they would charge us for storage if they can't deliver the cabinets at the time they want to deliver us. Originally they said the installation was included, but changed their mind when the cabinets arrived. Our installer was good. The owner will not call you back. Ever. Forget leaving a message. Often the store says open, but the door is locked. Stay away.
Pros: Good product
Cons: Expensive, Horrible service, bad owner and mangement

I stopped in for a quote over 2.5 years ago. I gave the designer my door style and layout ideas. He whipped up something in a completely different style (traditional rather than contemporary). When I asked why he said "your idea was stupid." I left. They have never stopped calling me, despite numerous requests to cease, asking when we can start my job. I have explained over and over why I would never consider using them for any job and that my remodel was completed. Still they call.
Pros: None
Cons: Rude sales staff, endless calls for years after telling them I'm not interested
