The office was always very friendly, from the first person that took my call to the receptionist that answered general questions. The Project Manager, Avi was always available and helpful. He always returned my calls quickly. The Rep that came to my house, Oren was extremely friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and showed me different tile samples. He helped me to pick out a nice tile based on my budget and showed me how to change the design of the tile layout so that I would still get enough tile to cover the area I wanted so that it would still look nice. Everyone was very friendly and my bathroom looks beautiful. I love my quiet retreat.

I had Triangle come out to quote the cost of security bars on our windows. The quote was very high (compared to other quotes, they were well over $2,000 more). After the estimator left, within 10 minutes I got a call from their office offering to give me a lower rate because they felt the estimator gave too high a quote. I felt like they were running a game on me--have the estimator give a quote which was way too high and then have the office call offering a lower amount so I would take them on to do the work. I went with a different company and saved $2,000 on the same work.
