I did some research online on the 09 Accord and was sent here by Edmunds because they had everything I wanted in stock. My research totally paid off and totally saved me a lot of time because it sucks when you have to go to dealership to dealership to find the exact vehicle you want. Edmunds made it super convenient for me. Anyways, since I had a reasonable amount of info on the car I wanted, the price I could afford, and the options available, I was ready to tackle the car dealership. I went there with an aggressive mentality because you never know what to expect at a car dealership. However, my defense mentality wasn’t needed at all. One of the sales managers greeted me upon my arrival and was really friendly. I thought that there had to be some kind of gimmick but there wasn’t any. He was just genuinely nice! During the whole process, there was a no pressure atmosphere and he even helped me get good financing. It was effortless and I was out of the dealership within an hour with my brand new 09 Accord! So take Edmunds advice and head over to Miller Honda. They really know their stuff and how to treat a customer

Do not deal with this dealership nothing but shady sales people. I came into the dealership ready to buy a vehicle and I had done all my research on the car and the price I should be getting the vehicle for. I was in the process of buying a Honda Odyssey EX-L 2009 and I knew I could get one for $30,975.00 including tax and registration. So I come into this store ready to buy a car with all my homework done. I get this rude guy who I forgot his name but hes a big bald Mexican guy. I come in and the first thing he says is what are you willing to pay for a car? I told him what is your best offer can you provide that in a balance sheet with tax and finance. He told me no I will not do that because I don't want you shopping around for better pricing. At that point that threw up red flags that this dealership is shady. After that I told can I get a new sales guy and he told me no I am the one handling your account. After that point he told me listen I came in on my off day to sale cars I am not working for free. What kind of rude comment is that. Isn't this guy working for Honda and not for himself. Very rude and the whole atmosphere of Miller Honda Culver City is a joke. All vultures looking to take advantage of people who haven't done there research. I urge anyone buying a Honda to check out Downey Honda and ask for Carlos. This guy was very nice and helpful. No haggle straight to the point this is the best price and urged me to search around for pricing. Carlos made the whole Honda purchasing a pleasure and I commend him on his level of service. This guy at Miller Honda in Culver City was one the worst sales car people I have ever dealt with in my life time. Stay away from these vultures!!! When I was leaving I talked to another customer on the way out and was told this place is full or rude car sales people. Can't imagine getting my car serviced at this joke of dealership. I will be writing as many reviews as I can about Miller Honda who wasted my time and treated me like a crap customer. That guy lost a sale and s

First of all, almost every Honda dealer is full of jerks. They know people want their cars, so they use every trick in the book to screw you.
I spent a couple hours haggling over a car and when we couldn't consummate the deal we finished and I asked for my car back (it was being evaluated for trade-in value). The salesman I was working with was so rude to me at this point. Trying to make me feel bad for not buying a car for him. He must have thought I enjoyed wasting two hours of my time on him.
Forget haggling with these sleazy jerks. Use edmunds.com or some site for internet pricing. The fleet departments are so much nicer with less hassle.
