My family and I moved on Feb. 10th and were greeted by a great crew of 3 guys including the owners son Eric. They treated us like there own family and when we asked them to do extra stuff above and beyond the move they did not have a problem with it. The move was a fairly long move (3br house) but the men worked hard all day long. We would definetly recommend Armor Moving to our friends and family. Thank you very much Mike for sending us a great crew. Pros: On time, Very curteous, would recommend and use again

I recently used National Van Lines and their agent Armor Moving in Culver City for a local ?full service? move. We hired them to pack up our stuff and move it as we are disabled and can no longer pack and move a 4 br home on our own. The men they sent looked as if they had recently been released from prison and had the tattoos to show for it. They were clueless. They continuously smoked in the front of the house after we explained to them that my mother in law has oxygen in her room! These idiots packed my hammer and other tools with expensive packing paper and my expensive computers and peripherals with pillows or nothing at all! They even put paper around the towels they packed! They wrapped my expensive leather couches in shrink wrap without any furniture pads and damaged them! They left all the boxes downstairs ? even though they marked them with what room they were supposed to go in themselves!!!! The worst thing of all is when we unpacked the boxes we found out that they ?packed? my wife?s wedding ring box inside another box full of miscellaneous items and STOLE HER WEDDING RINGS!!!! In total these losers took 3 days at 1000.00 / day to pack and move a 1500 sq. ft. house! When we saw how carelessly they were handling our belongings we insisted on purchasing their ?full replacement value insurance? and were then told, when they had our stuff inside their truck, that they would only accept CASH when it says on their website that they accept credit cards as payment! When we complained to the owner, Maureen Beal, about the lack of service we received and the theft of my wife?s rings she did NOTHING to help us make a claim against the insurance for the full replacement value of the rings! Don't let this happen to you and your belongings. I read her story and believed that her company was different! Don?t believe it for a minute! She is out to rip you off and leave you out to twist. Pros: NONE Cons: WHAT YOU'LL GET TO MOVE YOU!
