Go to yelp and see the reviews for this place...they lie, cheat, and scam. charged me double what their advertised price was( found that out when I got home)...sold me expired lotion, and when I returned exchanged it for another lotion that expired in 4 months( it was supposed to last me a year. The worst part is the photo facial didnt work, apparently their lasers are one note away from obsolescence. This will probably get deleted by citysearch at the urging of cosmetique.

Not only does this place look a little sketchy, when I called and researched the brand of lasers they use, I found out that they are the least-quality on the market. They do not have dual settings for all skin types, so depending on your skin color, you could get burned. Also I tried just getting prices for the Juviderm or Radiesse injections, and no matter how I phrased it they wouldn't give me a price. Apparently you have to have a consultation to even find out the price- what are they hiding? Cons: won't disclose prices on injectables

I am doing research on Dr. Ramin Sarshad. I came across from a referral from a friend, and decided to do some online research before I went to go see him. I see that he was one of 9 doctors back in 2007 indicted for billing fraud, and that he would be going to court in February 2008. What was the result of that court session? and what does the dr. have to say about this to reassure his patients?

These bad reviews are not right! All my friends, family and I go to cosmetique. The entire staff is very friendly and informed. I like the hydrafacial and microdermabrasion and IPL treatments. My sister has had great results from laser hair removal and botox, and my mom had fraxel! The doctor and entire staff are so nice, I feel like family there! I give cosmetique 5 stars!!!! Don't listen to these other reviews, give them a chance!!

I first went to Cosmetique for a little filler and botox in my forehead. The Dr. was extremely polite and professional. He informed me of all my choices and answered any questions I had. I agreed on a particular filler and we started right away. I looked great afterwards and recommend it to anyone who feels like they could live without lines or other facial imperfections. The spa is very clean, even in the restroom. The staff is always pleasant and no one ever pushes anything extra on me. The promotions were offered to me and never pressed afterwards. One suggestion I could make is if instead of the cream numbing solutuion before the filler, they could use the injectable lidocane as it works so much better. Also, if they could send more coupons or promotional offers of more of a variety, that would be great. The pricing is fair, the Dr. is very nice (top notch guy), and I felt very comfortable. The second time, I went in for a B12 injection. I called the office and got an appt within 20 minutes of my call (excellent customer service)...thats rare in this town! I have also never waited more than a few minutes to be called in. Thanks Cosmetique! Pros: Clean, nice facility, great Dr., super nice staff, great results Cons: The parking is a pain, busy street for walking out after treatments

I have tried quite a few places in LA for Botox and this has been by far the best. I've been twice now over the past year. I don't know if it's the doctor's technique or what, but it seems to last longer. I check every place's botox to make sure it's legit and theirs does. It's really cute as far as decor and I haven't had to wait more than 5 min either time. I don't have the $ for laser treatments, but have some sun damage. So, the doctor recommended Obagi. I have been using a few of their Obagi products and my skin is looking much more even and my pores are smaller. I had some redness/peeling the first few weeks, but they told me this would happen and that it's the sloughing off of my damaged skin. It soon went away. Pros: Treatment Quality, Staff, Office Decor Cons: Meter parking (but it was pretty cheap)

I have been a client at Cosmetique for about a year and a half now and I could not be happier with my results! I have yet to have a single bad experience. The staff is extremely accommodating and so warm! I love coming in and I actually really look forward to my visits! I have been getting botox for about 7 years and I used to make the trek to a Beverly Hills Plastic sur. office for my injectables, when I found cosmetique randomly driving by one day. I walked in and the office manager expressed to me that they were really busy, but they would do their best to fit me in as a walk in client. I was quickly welcomed into the gorgeous and SUPER CLEAN (Really important to me!) spa. I was introduced to Dr. Sarshad who won me over within minutes... Honest and upfront about pricing and really diligent at what he does. Since that day of my initial visit, I have had everything from botox and juvaderm (Sp?) to the fraxel laser. It has been worth every penny and would recommend cosmetique to anyone venturing to try a new medspa! I was hesitant about the meter parking in front, but there is free parking available in the back! Pros: So welcoming and fabulous results! Cons: was apprehensive about spending that much on the laser package, but very happy I did!

When I decided I wanted to have a botox treatment, I was very nervous about finding the right doctor. When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Sarshad, I felt comfortable immediately and knew he was the right doctor for me. He was knowledgeable friendly, and professional. The office is sparkly clean and the staff is more than accommodating. I had my treatment done the same day as my consultation, to avoid waiting and having to make another trip. I am VERY pleased with the results and will definitely return for more treatments in the future.
